HBE Consulting LtdThis 24-month Design and Build project was project managed by HBE Consulting on behalf of a multi-national Bio-Tech company based in Oxford, UK. This 21,000 sqft former warehouse building was converted into a fully automated, hi-tech scientific research facility, the first of its kind in the UK.HBE had been working with this client since 2018 on a number of high-profile developments within the UK, Europe, and the USA. This project was delivered on time in June 2023, within an agreed budget of £15 million.

HBE Consulting LtdHBE Consulting acted as project managers and contract administrators for this £3.5 million speculative new build Trade Counter project in Bicester.The project involved a brownfield site containing redundant 1950s asbestos-laden buildings, which required demolition. HBE managed negotiations with the Highways Authority, obtaining a Section 278 (s278) agreement, as well as SSE electrical and gas diversions. The team also oversaw the management of the JCT Design and Build contract.
